Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including implants and restorations
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Implement OSHA sterilization protocols and infection control
- Coordinate patient flow and chairside efficiency
- Maintain accurate digital patient records and treatment plans
- Train new dental assistants on clinic protocols
- Order inventory and manage supply chain logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years dental assisting experience
- Current California RDA license required
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Dexis software
- Coronal polishing and sealant certification
- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
- Experience with nitrous oxide monitoring
- CPR/BLS certification from AHA
