Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance for complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Manage digital radiography and CBCT imaging systems
- Sterilization and infection control protocol oversight
- Patient education on post-operative care
- Digital charting using Dentrix/Eaglesoft systems
- Inventory management and supply ordering
- Mentor junior dental assistants
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
- California RDA license required
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with digital impressions and CAD/CAM workflows
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and dental board regulations
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Experience in cosmetic dentistry preferred
