Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Implementing strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance protocols
- Managing digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Training and supervising junior dental assistants
- Inventory management and supply ordering for 8 operatories
- Performing preliminary assessments and charting
- Coordinating patient flow across multiple treatment rooms
Qualifications
- Current Indiana Dental Assistant license or DANB certification
- Minimum 3 years chairside experience in general dentistry
- Certification in nitrous oxide monitoring and radiography
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft and digital imaging software
- Strong knowledge of infection control procedures
- CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
