Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including implants and orthodontics
- Manage digital radiography and CAD/CAM systems with precision
- Oversee sterilization protocols and inventory management
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants
- Coordinate patient flow and optimize chair efficiency
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling and insurance verification
Qualifications
- CDA certification or DANB Radiography Health Safety required
- Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience in cosmetic/restorative dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach
- CPR/BLS certification
- Spanish fluency highly preferred
