Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures
- Manage patient flow and digital charting (Epic experience preferred)
- Execute infection control protocols (OSHA/CDC compliance)
- Train and mentor new dental assistants
- Oversee inventory and sterilization processes
- Assist in radiography and diagnostic imaging
- Coordinate with specialists for multi-disciplinary cases
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Dental Assistant license (DALEF/CDA)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- Exceptional patient communication skills
- Knowledge of dental materials and instruments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude with teamwork focus
