Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including implant placements and restorative treatments
- Manage digital radiography (X-rays, CBCT) and intraoral imaging systems
- Oversee sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance for 4 operatories
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants on clinical workflows
- Coordinate patient education on post-operative care and oral hygiene
- Maintain digital charting in Eaglesoft practice management software
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering for clinical operations
Qualifications
- Current Texas RDA certification or DANB certification required
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital radiography and CAD/CAM workflows
- CPR/BLS certification with current renewal
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and OSHA standards
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems
