Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex procedures including orthodontics and implants
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Implement OSHA protocols and infection control standards
- Train and mentor new dental assistants on clinic workflows
- Coordinate patient education and treatment plan presentations
- Maintain sterilization protocols and inventory management
- Assist with digital charting and practice management software
Qualifications
- Minnesota Dental Assistant certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft or Dentrix software
- Experience with digital radiography (DEXIS/Sirona)
- Strong knowledge of dental materials and instruments
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
