Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex procedures including implants, crowns, and orthodontics
- Advanced digital radiography and intraoral imaging using Dexis and Sirona systems
- Implementing strict infection control protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Managing patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Overseeing sterilization and inventory management for 8-operatories
- Training new dental assistants on clinic protocols and software
- Coordinating with labs and specialists for seamless treatment workflows
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Dental Assistant Radiology License (DALE)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Certification in CPR and BLS from Red Cross/AHA
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft practice management software
- Demonstrated expertise in four-handed dentistry techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Strong organizational abilities for multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
