Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex restorative/cosmetic procedures
- Manage digital imaging systems (X-rays, CBCT, intraoral scans)
- Implement OSHA-compliant sterilization protocols
- Train junior staff on practice workflows
- Prepare treatment rooms & optimize instrument efficiency
- Assist in patient education & treatment coordination
- Maintain digital patient records (EHR/Dentrix)
Qualifications
- Current DANB/RDA certification required
- Minimum 3 years chairside experience in cosmetic dentistry
- Proficiency with digital radiography & CAD/CAM workflows
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication & chairside manner
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Experience with practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
