Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Implement OSHA-compliant sterilization protocols
- Lead inventory management of dental materials and supplies
- Train new assistants on practice workflows and technologies
- Coordinate seamless patient flow across 5 operatories
- Assist with digital charting using Eaglesoft software
Qualifications
- California RDA license required
- Minimum 3 years experience in high-volume practice
- CPR/BLS certification
- Expertise in digital radiography and CAD/CAM workflows
- Exceptional patient communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with cosmetic dentistry protocols
- Dental assisting certification (DANB preferred)
