Responsibilities
- Deliver chairside assistance during complex procedures including restorative and surgical cases
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems with precision
- Oversee sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants on clinical workflows
- Coordinate patient education and treatment planning documentation
- Optimize inventory management for dental supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Current Texas RDA certification and DANB membership
- Minimum 3 years experience in general dentistry with chairside expertise
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft and digital radiography systems
- Excellent communication skills for patient interactions
- CPR/BLS certification with current renewal
- Ability to manage multiple procedures simultaneously
