Responsibilities
- Perform advanced chairside assistance during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Manage digital radiography (CBCT) and intraoral imaging systems
- Sterilize and maintain all dental equipment per OSHA/CDC protocols
- Coordinate treatment planning and patient education materials
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants
- Implement infection control protocols for 4-handed dentistry
Qualifications
- California RDA license required
- 3+ years experience in high-volume cosmetic/restorative practice
- Certification in nitrous oxide monitoring and CPR/BLS
- Expertise in digital impressions (iTero) and CAD/CAM workflows
- Proven track record in patient education and case presentation
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
