Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex procedures including implants and orthodontics
- Manage digital radiography and CBCT imaging systems
- Oversee infection control protocols and OSHA compliance
- Train new dental assistants on clinical workflows
- Coordinate treatment plans and patient education materials
- Maintain accurate digital patient records in Dentrix/Eaglesoft
- Assist in emergency dental procedures with composure
Qualifications
- CDA/RDA certification required (California Board of Dental Examiners)
- 3+ years experience in general/specialty dental practice
- Advanced knowledge of dental materials and equipment
- Proficiency in digital radiography and CAD/CAM systems
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
