Responsibilities
- Perform chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including endodontics and implant placements
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging using Dexis systems
- Oversee sterilization protocols and infection control compliance
- Train and mentor new dental assistants on practice standards
- Coordinate patient flow and optimize clinical efficiency
- Assist with dental software (Epic/Eaglesoft) for charting and inventory
- Prepare treatment rooms and materials for multi-specialty procedures
Qualifications
- Current RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) certification required
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) and BLS certification
- Proficiency in digital imaging and practice management software
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for patient education
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
