Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative, orthodontic, and surgical treatments
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging using advanced CBCT technology
- Sterilize equipment and maintain OSHA-compliant infection control protocols
- Deliver exceptional patient education on oral hygiene procedures
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of dental supplies
- Coordinate seamless patient flow between treatment rooms
- Assist with digital charting practice management software
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of clinical dental assisting experience
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or DANB required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency in digital radiography and imaging
- Strong knowledge of infection control standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Arizona Dental Assistant license preferred
