Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Assist with prescribed exercises and mobility support
- Administer medication reminders and basic wound care
- Prepare nutritious meals and maintain clean home environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments (company vehicle provided)
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members
Qualifications
- Ohio Home Health Aide certification (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year home healthcare experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation (company vehicle provided for work)
- Pass background check and drug screening
