Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments and prioritize medical urgency
- Provide expert clinical guidance and health education via telehealth platform
- Collaborate with emergency services and care teams for critical cases
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Monitor patient conditions and escalate critical situations appropriately

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland (MD) required
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Triage certification or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency with telehealth technologies and EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong communication abilities with diverse populations
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- BLS/ACLS certification current
