Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product suite, focusing on predictive intelligence and adaptive systems.
- Architect scalable microservices and neural network infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate strategic goals into technical blueprints.
- Implement cutting-edge security protocols to ensure the integrity of our autonomous decision-making models.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms) and integrate them into our core stack.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing within a high-velocity environment.
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of designing AI-driven architectures and integrating Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and responsible technology deployment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
