Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to map post-2026 technology paradigms
- Author seminal white papers on ethical AI governance and human augmentation
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for next-generation prototype development
- Represent company at Davos and World Economic Forum futurism panels
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging technology ethics programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature Futures or similar high-impact journals
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi methods and Monte Carlo simulations
- Deep understanding of AGI safety protocols and quantum encryption standards
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of at least two futuristic concepts
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
