- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for 2026+ product development and market entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof organizational capabilities
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces positioning our industry leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype emergent technologies and validate market readiness
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation with C-level advisory experience
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method) and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026+ technology vectors (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling abilities
