- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive landscape evolution
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and innovation architects
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research pioneers
- Translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven trend forecasting abilities
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
