Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently using automated systems
- Maintain inventory management and ordering of pharmaceutical supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling to patients
- Train and supervise pharmacy technician staff on protocols and best practices
- Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, and state board regulations
- Process insurance claims and manage third-party billing systems
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT)
- 2+ years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- CPR certification preferred
