Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during examinations and procedures
- Perform vital sign assessments and EKG screenings
- Administer injections and medications per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Assist with laboratory specimen collection and processing
Qualifications
- Current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Meditech preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification from accredited provider
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical environments
- Valid Georgia medical assistant license
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
