Responsibilities
- Perform routine patient vitals and health assessments accurately.
- Assist physicians and nursing staff during examinations and clinical procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms, sterilize medical instruments, and maintain a clean facility.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by licensed providers.
- Manage patient intake, update medical records accurately, and handle insurance verification.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus.
