Responsibilities
- Perform vital signs and EKG procedures
- Administer injections and medications under physician supervision
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms with sterile equipment
- Document patient encounters in EHR systems (Epic/Meditech)
- Assist with minor surgical procedures
- Manage inventory and supply ordering
- Coordinate patient flow and scheduling
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (NCMA or AAMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in venipuncture and phlebotomy
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Pass background/drug screening
