Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, including vitals and medical history collection.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist providers during patient examinations and minor procedures.
- Manage patient records and insurance documentation accurately and securely.
- Administer basic laboratory tests and EKGs as directed by the provider.
- Provide clear patient education on medications and aftercare instructions.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front-desk area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
