Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake and preliminary assessments
- Assist physicians with telehealth examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation remotely
- Coordinate patient care plans and follow-ups
- Administer medications under physician guidance
- Process lab results and diagnostic reports
- Provide health education to patients virtually
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms
- Strong EHR documentation skills
- Excellent written communication abilities
- CA state medical assistant license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
