Responsibilities
- Perform clinical procedures including vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient records using EMR systems with precision
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and preventive care
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a fast-paced setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Georgia state license in good standing
- Background check and drug screen clearance
