Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, EKGs, and specimen collection
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient preparation
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Coordinate patient flow and optimize clinic efficiency during night shifts
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Maintain sterile environments and comply with OSHA/JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced healthcare setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
