Responsibilities
- Perform routine patient assessments, including recording vital signs and measuring height and weight.
- Prepare patients for examination by assisting with draping and positioning.
- Assist providers during clinical procedures, including drawing blood and administering injections.
- Manage and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately and confidentially.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized examination room environment.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct patients to appropriate resources.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NCMA) required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with EMR systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
