Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Colorado CNA license.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred (1+ years).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
