In this role, you will play a critical part in providing exceptional patient care during evening hours. You will work closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure our patients receive the highest standard of medical attention in a calm, efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist providers with patient examinations, examinations, and procedures.
- Prepare patients for the physician and obtain vital signs, medical history, and insurance information.
- Perform and document Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) including phlebotomy and EKGs.
- Manage patient flow in the front office and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider and per state regulations.
- Update and maintain patient medical records accurately and confidentially.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care for night shift patients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certificate or Associate degree in Medical Assisting (CMA, RMA, or MA preferred).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification required.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a Night Shift environment.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient privacy (HIPAA compliance).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
