Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and medical history reviews accurately.
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures during night hours.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Prepare and process lab specimens and medications under strict supervision.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and communicate with patients via phone or secure messaging.
- Ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications.
- Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
