Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to therapies, documenting all changes accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses and treatment options.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and assist in critical care interventions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to Florida for assignments as needed.
