Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals checks, and medical history reviews with precision.
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers during examinations and procedures.
- Perform basic laboratory tests, including phlebotomy and EKGs.
- Manage patient records, scheduling, and insurance verification efficiently.
- Ensure a sterile and safe environment for all patients and staff.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Current CMA or RMA certification (or equivalent).
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.
