Responsibilities
- Assess patient health history and needs to develop appropriate nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and record vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient care services in medical records and reports.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care when necessary.
- Educate patients and families about post-discharge care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
