Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including patient assessments, vital signs, and EKGs
- Administer medications and injections under provider supervision
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Handle patient scheduling and electronic health records (EHR) remotely
- Assist with lab procedures and specimen collection
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for seamless patient care
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Comfortable with hybrid remote administrative tasks
