Responsibilities
- Perform routine vital signs and health assessments on patients during the night shift.
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient triage.
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for patient care.
- Handle patient inquiries and insurance verification with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a medical setting.
- Strong computer proficiency with EMR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours.
