Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and clinical procedures
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, medical equipment, and supplies
- Perform basic vital signs measurements and EKG screenings
- Manage patient intake forms and electronic health records (EHR)
- Schedule appointments and handle basic administrative tasks
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior medical experience necessary – training provided
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn EHR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided if not current)
- Arizona fingerprint clearance card (assistance available)
