Responsibilities
- Perform routine vital signs and measurements (blood pressure, temperature, weight) for patients.
- Assist physicians and nurses during patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare patients for examinations, including sterilization of instruments and room setup.
- Manage patient intake and administrative tasks, including updating electronic health records (EHR).
- Administer injections or medications as directed by healthcare providers.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior medical experience necessary; full training provided.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn medical software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
