Responsibilities
- Measure and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse).
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments.
- Assist providers during patient exams and procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
- Collect and process laboratory specimens accurately.
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage medical records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to obtain BLS (Basic Life Support) certification within 90 days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Candidates must be detail-oriented and empathetic.
