Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with virtual patient examinations and procedures
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and medical record management
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
- Provide patient education on health conditions and treatments
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all virtual interactions
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No prior medical experience necessary
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
