Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake assessments via telehealth platform
- Perform in-person clinical procedures in ambulatory care settings
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems remotely
- Coordinate patient care plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and vaccines under physician supervision
- Process insurance claims and billing documentation
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication protocols
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- 1+ years of clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency with telehealth technologies (Zoom, Doxy.me)
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Tennessee state medical assistant license
