Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals checks, and medical histories accurately.
- Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and ensure data privacy compliance.
- Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment.
- Provide patient education and answer inquiries regarding medications and treatments.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CMA, RMA, or MA (Preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong computer proficiency with EMR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
