Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake and vitals checks with accuracy and speed.
- Assist physicians and nurses during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and manage medical supplies.
- Administer injections and basic lab tests as directed by providers.
- Manage patient records, scheduling, and insurance verification.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR/BLS certification is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
