Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Administer medications and immunizations under provider supervision
- Coordinate patient education materials and follow-up appointments
- Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and inventory control
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow
Qualifications
- Current MA certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in outpatient setting
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification from accredited institution
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Valid Minnesota driver's license if travel between sites required
