Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Medication administration per provider orders
- Comprehensive care plan implementation
- Emotional support for residents and families
- Collaboration with nursing staff on care coordination
- Maintaining clean, safe resident environments
Qualifications
- Current Oregon CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- Compassion and patience with geriatric population
