Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, injections, and EKGs
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) remotely and on-site
- Handle patient scheduling and telehealth coordination
- Ensure HIPAA compliance for all patient data
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment
- Administer medications under provider supervision
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA/RMA) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong phlebotomy and venipuncture skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Tennessee state license or eligible
