Responsibilities
- Perform patient vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and weight.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during procedures.
- Administer injections, immunizations, and medications as directed by providers.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Coordinate patient follow-up appointments and referrals.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling and answering telephones.
- Provide patient education on medications and wellness programs.
Qualifications
- Current CMA or RMA certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
