Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals checks, and prepare patients for examinations.
- Assist physicians and nurses with clinical procedures and patient care.
- Manage medical records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and processing insurance referrals.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation.
